Shipping Policy We are pleased to offer shipping throughout United King . Your orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after we confirm your payment. You can expect your order to arrive within 7–15 business days. However, delivery may occasionally take longer due to factors like customs clearance, high order volumes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details to monitor your package's journey. Please double-check that your shipping address accurate before finalizing your order, as we cannot make changes once it has been dispatched. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return an item, please request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. Personalized or hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return.

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund as needed. Approved refunds will be processed to your payment method within a few business days after inspection. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
